Weekly emails Over the next 4 weeks, you will receive weekly emails with links to each week’s fitness plan. The weekly emails arrive every Monday by 4am West African Time (WAT). It will contain link to the daily challenge for each of the days of that week. Note that each individual day’s workout is activated (goes live) on the actual day day of the challenge. You can also access each week’s workout using the weekly tab above.
Selfie time There’s no greater motivation than seeing your before and after photo. Before you get started, get a few full-length mobile phone or camera photo shots of yourself showing your front, side and back view. We love featuring your transformations so make sure you document, document, document!
Facebook group This is where it all goes down. It’s a friendly and safe place to ask questions, interact with Team Radiant and fellow challengers. We’re all about positive vibes. Click here to join.
The more the merrier Why go at it alone? Invite as many friends as you like to join you. Simply send them to the sign-up page.
Set yourself up for success Plan ahead. Decide now what time of the day to block out 15-20 minutes from for the next 30 days. Pencil it in your calendar and fiercely protect that time. You deserve it.
