Preheat oven to 350F. Spread quinoa and oats on a baking pan and toast for 10 minutes
Return mixture into a bowl and add dried fruits, nuts and coconut
In a pan, combine honey and peanut butter then bring to a boil and remove from heat
Pour over dry mixture and combine completely
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes then let cool for at least 1 hour
