10% of the Global Population is Living with Diabetes
By Radiant HealthPublished: December 12, 2021
The International Diabetes Federation recently announced that one in 10 adults across the world have diabetes, and the agency expects that number to increase in the coming years. This year, about 6.7 million people across the globe died from the disease, and about 33% of those who died were under 60 years old. There is an obvious need for more diabetes prevention plans worldwide.
