Build Better Abs With The Bicycle Crunch

The bicycle crunch is a stand-up way to firm your abs and your love handles at the same time.

Get down on the floor with the legs extended and arms bent at the sides of your head.

From there, simultaneously contract one leg up to the opposing elbow as you move into the ‘crunch’ position.

Reverse directions and then next rep, repeat to the other side, using the opposing leg and arm.

Perform 20 reps, rest and then repeat a second time.
