Day 26 Wellness Action: Dig Into Your Financial Health

We tend to say that health is wealth, but both these things have a reciprocal relationship. A lot of the stress that we deal with in our lives is directly or indirectly tied to how much (or how little) money we have and taking care of that stress can do wonders for your health.

Today’s task isn’t about digging out your financial skeletons or overhauling your current financial life, instead the focus is on seeing where your money is going and asking yourself if you like what you see.

With that said, today is a question and answer format that will help you:

  • Probe what you are paying attention to in your financial life
  • Determine if you like the answer to the questions
  • Decide on a course of action to take to ensure that you move towards liking the answers to the following questions:
  1. Are you investing enough money in your future?
  2. Are you investing enough money in the future of your children?
  3. Do you have health insurance to take care of unforeseen medical expenses?
  4. Do you have life insurance to take care of your family in the unlikely event that something happens to you?
  5. Do you like the answers you gave to questions 1 to 4?
  6. If not, what can you do to bring your financial reality to a place that is more consistent with where you’ll like it to be?

Day 26 Workout: 10-Minute Body Weight Challenge

As well as being short, this workout is also equipment free which means it’s virtually excuse-free too! Each mini-circuit is shorter than the one that preceded it so, in theory at least, it gets easier as you get closer to the end!
