Day 26 Wellness Action: Dig Into Your Financial Health
We tend to say that health is wealth, but both these things have a reciprocal relationship. A lot of the stress that we deal with in our lives is directly or indirectly tied to how much (or how little) money we have and taking care of that stress can do wonders for your health.
Today’s task isn’t about digging out your financial skeletons or overhauling your current financial life, instead the focus is on seeing where your money is going and asking yourself if you like what you see.
