Day 30 Wellness Action: Reward Yourself
Your task today is to take a moment to kick back and reward yourself. You can schedule a massage (your muscles are probably begging for it), get a facial, a manicure/pedicure, go shopping or anything that tickles your fancy. No matter what, make sure you do or schedule something to acknowledge what you have accomplished these past 30 days. You deserve it! .
Day 30 Workout: Final Fitness Test
Today is all about re-testing your fitness to see just how far you have come in the last 30-days. Do the same exercises as you did all the way back on day one. For example, if you did press-ups on your knees a month ago, do the same version today. If you did jumping jacks and not jumping rope, do the same today. Once you have completed the tests, record your results and compare your scores.
1. Jump rope time trial
See how many turns of the jump rope you can do till failure.
2. Maximum press-ups
See how many press-ups you can do till failure .
3. Plank hold
See how long you can hold a plank till failure.
Note: Till failure means how much you can do at a single time without stopping to rest.
